Appointment & Witness Policy • All notary appointments must be scheduled in advance. • If your signing requires witnesses, they must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us adequate time to coordinate their availability. • We do not guarantee witness availability without proper notice. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. • We understand that emergencies happen; however, this policy helps us respect the time and commitments of all parties involved. ⸻ 3. Refund Policy • All payments are non-refundable. • Once a service is booked and payment is made, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstance. ⸻ 4. Identification Requirement • Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all parties signing documents. No exceptions. ⸻ 5.
