To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the following policy before booking: ⸻ 1. Appointment & Witness Policy • All notary appointments must be scheduled in advance. • If your signing requires witnesses, they must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us adequate time to coordinate their availability. • We do not guarantee witness availability without proper notice. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. • We understand that emergencies happen; however, this policy helps us respect the time and commitments of all parties involved. ⸻ 3. Refund Policy • All payments are non-refundable. • Once a service is booked and payment is made, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstance. ⸻ 4. Identification Requirement • Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all parties signing documents. No exceptions. ⸻ 5. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse notary services if identification is not provided, if the signer is not present, appears coerced, or lacks understanding of the document. ⸻

At Bailey’s Mobile Notary Services, we provide apostille processing assistance as a convenience service. Please review the following policy carefully before booking.
1. Apostille Processing Disclaimer
Bailey’s Mobile Notary Services acts solely as a courier and document facilitator between the client and the appropriate government agency (Arizona Secretary of State or applicable authority).
We are not responsible for:

Processing delays by the Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, or foreign consulates

Government backlogs

Mail carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)

Rejections due to incorrect, incomplete, or improperly notarized documents

Changes in state, federal, or international apostille requirements

Embassy or consulate processing times
All processing timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Document Accuracy & Client Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete documents

Ensuring documents are properly notarized (if required)

Confirming the destination country accepts apostilles (Hague Convention countries)

Verifying specific country requirements before submission
Bailey’s Mobile Notary Services does not review documents for legal sufficiency and does not provide legal advice.
3. Rejections & Corrections
If a document is rejected by the issuing authority due to:

Improper notarization

Missing information
-
Incorrect document type

Illegible seals or signatures
The client will be responsible for:

Any additional government fees
-
Additional travel or courier fees
-
Resubmission processing fees
We are not liable for rejections outside of our direct notarial act.
4. Processing Time & Expedited Services
Standard and expedited processing times are estimates based on current government turnaround times.
Bailey’s Mobile Notary Services does not guarantee same-day or expedited completion unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
5. Refund Policy for Apostille Services

All government fees are non-refundable.

All courier and travel fees are non-refundable once service has begun.

Service fees are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to a government agency.
Refunds will not be issued due to government delays, mail delays, or third-party processing issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bailey’s Mobile Notary Services maintains $100,000 in Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance coverage for notarial acts.
However, liability is limited to errors directly related to the notarial act performed. We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost opportunities

Travel expenses incurred by the client

Immigration, court, or visa deadlines missed due to third-party delays
7. Client Acknowledgment
By booking apostille services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
